Return Policy:

Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return one or more products in conformity with the return policy below.

Paco+Lupe offers no exchanges on the Merchandise sold. However, you can be refunded for your purchase and then you are free to make another purchase instead.

Before returning an item, please make sure you have fulfilled all of the following requirements:

Your return:

• return items must be shipped back to Paco+Lupe within ten (10) days from the date the package has been delivered to you.
  Note: all our packages will be sent with tracking numbers so we will know they arrived safely to you.
• must be unused, unwashed, not damaged.
• must be sent in its original packaging, do not combine different orders into one packaging.
• must be sent with original receipt.
• return package should be sent with a tracking number so we will be able to trace the parcel. Email to us the tracking number and reason of return as well.

If all of the above required conditions are met, we will refund your order value.

Refund policy:

Once Paco+Lupe receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail which confirms your refund. Following the e-mail confirmation, the credit should appear on your credit card statement almost immediately but sometimes it could take up to two billing cycles depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
