Shipping and Handling

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Some of the items are made to order and some are ready to go within the next 2-3 business days. If a shipping is delay, we will do our best to notify you.

• Packages are shipped via Canada Post. We will ship using the most economical rate.
• Shipping costs are determined by size and weight.
• Packages are shipped with tracking number and insurance, regardless of size.
• Envelopes are mailed without tracking number unless the order is $100CAD or more.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!

Shipping prices are based on sub-total (before taxes, where applicable) price-range. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during check-out.

We do not overprice our shipping rates.
